心脏瓣膜置换术患者围手术期焦虑反应的相关因素及护理

目的：探讨心瓣膜置换术围手术期患焦虑相关因素及护理对策。方法：应用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)，中的焦虑部分调查68例心瓣膜置换术围手术期患的焦虑状况，并应用自行设计的调查问卷调查其相关因素。在采取一定护理措施后应用围手术期心理护理效果评分表对患进行评分。结果：全组病人均存在不同程度焦虑，其相关因素可分为与疾病有关(表1)与医院环境有关(表2)及与社会有关(表3)等三方面，用围术期心理护理效果评分表对所采取护理措施进行评价的结果：满意31例(45．59％)，较满意33例(48．53％)，不满意4例(5．88％)。结论：心瓣膜置换术患均存在不同程度焦虑反应，采取相应护理措施，可缓解其焦虑、紧张情绪。

Investigations of influence factors and nursing interventions of anxiety among heart valve replacement patients during the perioperative period

Objective: To explore the related factors of anxiety among valve replacement patients during the perioperative period. Methods: Using the hospital anxiety scale to determine whether the 68 heart valve replacement patients during the perioperative period had anxiety. At the same time using the investigation forms which were designed by myself to investigate the related factors of anxiety. After taking some nursing measures, we used the appraisable form for psychological nursing effect during the perioperative period to appraise the nursing effect. Results: All the 68 patients had anxiety. The factors included three parts: illness-related factors (form 1), hospital-related factors (form 2) and social-related factors (form 3). There were 31 (45. 59%) patients with full satisfaction and 33 (48.53%) with much satisfaction, but four (5.88%) with little satisfaction after corresponding nursing treatment. Conclusion: Taking corresponding psychological nursing treatment according to the related factors of anxiety play a good effect in alleviating the anxiety feelings during the perioperative period of valve replacement.
