抗生素降阶梯治疗糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者疗效分析

目的探讨抗生素降阶梯治疗糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者的疗效。方法选取2011年6月-2013年5月我院收治的糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者64例进行分析，按照治疗方法将患者分成观察组和对照组两组，每组32例，观察组采用抗生素降阶梯治疗，对照组采用抗生素常规治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、临床治疗情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），抗生素使用时间、并发症控制时间、住院时间明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论抗生素降阶梯治疗糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者安全有效，值得临床推广。

Antibiotic step-down therapy in patients with diabetes and severe pneumoni- a efficacy analysis

Objective To investigate antibiotic step-down therapy in patients with diabetes and severe pneumonia treatment. Methods 64 patients with severe pneumonia diabetes from June 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital were analyzed, according to the treatment method was divided into observation group and control groups, each group 32 cases, the observation group used step- down therapy with antibiotics, the control group used conventional antibiotic therapy, to observe clinical efficacy, clinical treat- ment. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05）, antibiotics, use of time, control of complications, hospital- ization time was significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Antibiotic step-down therapy in patients with se- vere pneumonia, diabetes mellitus is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
