| 摘 要： | 1例77岁男性患者,给予伊布利特1mg溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液50mL中缓慢静脉推注以转复心房颤动。给药16min后转为窦性心律,但转复过程中患者出现十余次窦性停搏,最长R-R间歇4.872s。患者无头晕、头痛、胸痛、胸闷等症状。转复成功后,患者继续服用普罗帕酮、美托洛尔、华法林等药物,无任何不适。 |

Long R-R interval occurring in an elderly patient receining ibutilide for cardioversion of atrial fibrillation |

| Abstract: | A 77-year-old male patient received a slowly IV push of ibutilide 1 mg dissolved in 50 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride for his atrial fibrillation（AF） conversion. After sixteen minutes,AF was converted to sinus rhythm. But he experienced 10 episodes of sinus arrest with the longest R-R interval of 4.872 seconds. The patient did not have dizziness,headache,chest pain,chest discomfort. After AF was successfully converted,the patient continued to take propafenone,metoprol,warfarin without any discomforts. |
