| 摘 要： | 目的讨论高龄患者白内障进行晶状体超声乳化吸出后房人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法对154例(159眼)80岁以上高龄患者的白内障实行反眉式巩膜隧道切口晶状体超声乳化吸出联合硬性人工晶状体植入。结果术后第1天裸眼视力≥0.5者79眼,占49.69%。术后1周视力≥0.5者101眼,占63.52%。术后3月视力≥0.5者118眼,占74.21%。术后3月视力0.1~0.4者29眼,占18.24%。术后3月视力≤0.1者12眼,占7.55%。结论高龄患者白内障超声乳化吸出后房人工晶状体植入术术后视力恢复快,但视力恢复程度与眼底疾病有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of Phaco IOL for senile cataract.Methods Phaco IOL were performed for 154 cases(159 eyes) of senile cataract with age more than 80 years old.Results UCVA0.5 in 79 eyes (49.69%) at one day post_operation,UCVA0.5 in 101 eyes (63.52%) at one week,UCVA0.5 in 118 eyes(74.21%) at three months.There were 29 eyes (18.24%) with UCVA 0.1-0.4 at three months,12 eyes (7.55%) with UCVA<0.1 at three months.Conclusion Phaco IOL for senile cataract make the visual recovery quickly,but depends on the fundus condition. |
