| 摘 要： | 大多数医院门诊排队管理采用一般服务行业的排队系统来解决,针对门诊复杂的服务类型尚不够理想.文中探讨将排队系统构建于医院信息系统之上,能很好地解决门诊的排队问题,特别是服务类型最为复杂的医学检查与实验诊断,在解决排队问题的同时解决更多相关问题,使之成为完整的系统解决方案. |

| Abstract: | The common service queue mode is taken as a method tbr out-patient department queue management m most hospital, but it is not a perfect solution to the intricate problem of queue in out-patient department. This paper describes how to establish queue management system based on hospital information system. It is suited for the queue service in out-patient department, especially for the intricate problem on medical examination and laboratory diagnostic service. The method introduced in this paper is a system solution to the queue service and other interrelated problem, such as laboratory automation, laboratory data distribution, laboratory data protection, and so on. |
