基于“肾痰”认识骨-脂代谢异常失衡在绝经后骨质疏松症发病中的作用

绝经后骨质疏松症（PMOP）是绝经后妇女常发生的一种全身性代谢疾病，主要表现为骨量低下、骨微结构退行性改变、骨脆性增加且极易发生脆性骨折，严重威胁着绝经后妇女的健康。现代研究表明绝经后骨代谢紊乱与脂代谢失衡常常并见，中医学则认为PMOP的发病多从肾论治。课题组长期从事PMOP的临床与基础研究工作，认为骨-脂代谢失衡是PMOP的重要发病机制，“肾痰”亦是PMOP发病的关键所在，临床论治除了补肾，还应化痰，并通过一系列实验研究证实了从“肾痰”论治PMOP的可能性。因此，本文拟基于“肾痰”探讨骨-脂代谢失衡在绝经后骨质疏松症发病中的作用，丰富中医药论治PMOP的科学内涵。

The role of abnormal lipid-bone metabolism in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis based on kidney phlegm

Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is a systemic metabolic disease that causes low bone mass, degenerative bone microstructure changes, increased bone fragility, and increased susceptibility to fractures, and serious threat in postmenopausal women. Modern research has shown that the imbalance of bone-lipid metabolism is important pathogenesis of PMOP. At the same time, Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of PMOP is mostly from the kidney. The research team has been engaged in the clinical and basic research of PMOP for a long time and believes that kidney phlegm is also the key pathogenesis of PMOP. In addition to invigorating the kidney, the clinical treatment should also resolve phlegm. It has been confirmed that it is possible to treat PMOP based on kidney phlegm. Therefore, this article intends to explore the role of abnormal bone-lipid metabolism in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis based on kidney phlegm and enriches the scientific connotation of TCM treatment of PMOP.
