| 摘 要： | 观察泰素加异环磷酰胺联合化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效，方法１９９５年１１月至１９９８年４月，用泰素加异环磷酰胺方案治疗２９例晚期非小细胞肺癌。结果完全缓解２例，部分缓解１１例，总有效率４６％，中位生存时间８．５个月。结论泰素加异环磷酰胺联合方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效，不良反应可以耐受。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the effect of combination chemotherapy of Paclitaxel and Ifosfamidein stage IV non - small cell lung cancer. Methods: Mesna was given in dosage of 400mg IV along withIfosfamide at 4 and 8 hours later on to 29 patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer.Results:Two patients (7% ) had a complete response, 11 (39% ) a partial response with an overall response rateof 46% (13/28) . The median survival duration was 8. 5 months (range 3 - 17 months) . Toxicity waschiefly hematologic in the form of neutropenia. The major nonhematologic toxicity was arthromyalgia. Con-clusion:These results suggest that combination chemotherapy of Paclitaxel and lfosfamide is well tolerat-ed and effective for treating advanced lung cancer. |
