CT导引经胸壁穿刺活检的临床研究(附55例分析)

对５５例患者的ＣＴ导引经胸壁穿刺活的方法学和临床价值进行评估。方法采用２０ｇ改良抽吸针和１８ｇ自动切割针两种活检针在ＣＴ导下行活检，所有５５例均作了病理组织学检查，其中２５例作了细胞学检查。

Clinical Analysis of CT - guided Transthoracic Aspiration Biopsy -A Report of 55 Cases

Purpose: To evaluate the usefulness of CT - guided transthoracic aspiration biopsy in55 cases. Methods: CT - guided transthoracic aspiration biopsy was performed in 55 cases with intratho-racic masses including lung 44 cases, pleural 6 cases and mediastinal 6 cases. Of these, 36 were malesand 19 females. Ages ranged 23 to 78 years (mean 55 years). The needles used were 20g DFBN and189 ADGSTN. The aspirated stuffs were examined cytologically in 25 cases and histologically in 55 le-sions. Results: CT - guided TPB was performed successfully in 55 cases. The diagnostic accuracy rateof the cytologically examined cases was 60% and the histologically examined lesions 87. 5% . In 35 cas-es of tumor patients, definitive histologic classification was done in 26 cases. Complications occurred in 7cases ( 13% ) including 2 cases of pneumothorax and 5 cases of hemoptysis. Conclusion: CT - guidedTPB is safe, and reliable in identifying space - occupying lesions in thoracic cavity.
