| 摘 要： | 报告６５例经病理确诊的前列腺癌，讨论了其早期诊断的方法及其临床价值。方法经直肠指诊，经直肠超声，经腹会阴超声，前列腺特异性抗原，酸性磷酸酶诊断前列腺癌。结果以上几种诊断阳性率分别为８５％、７５％、６２％、８０％和３５％。结论ＤＲＥ，ＴＲＵＳ，ＰＳＡ及经直肠穿刺检是目前筛选及早期诊断ＰＣ的重要方法。 |

| Abstract: | Sixty -five cases of prostate cancer histologically confirmed were analysed. It is re-vealed that digital rectal examination (DRE) , transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS), transperineal - abdomi-nal ultrasonography (TPAUS) , prostatic specific antigen (PSA) and acid phosphatase (PAP) determina-tions yielded 85% , 75% , 62% , 80% and 35% positive rates respectively. The sensitivity rates of aspira-tion biopsy performed transperineally and transrectally under digital guidance and TRUS were 82% ,84% and 92% respectively. Hopefully DRE, TRUS, PSA and transrectal aspiration biopsy are the mainways in screening for and early diagnosis of prostate cancer. |
