| 摘 要： | 观察枢丹的止吐效果及毒副反应。方法对６０例接受丝裂霉素，顺铂及泰素联合化疗的肺癌患者，采用随机对照的方法比较枢丹和欧必亭在相等剂量下的疗效及毒性。结论枢丹为一高效，安全的化疗止吐药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the anti - emetic effect of Zudan and its toxicity- Methods: A ran-domized study was done in 60 patients with lung cancer who received Mitomycin C, Cisplatin and Taxolchemotherapy comparing the efficacy and the toxicity of identical dosage of Zudan and Navoban. Results:The response rate of emesis induced was 83. 3% in patients receiving Zudan and 80. 0% in those receiv-ing Navoban. Complete response rate was 73. 3% in the Zudan arm and 66. 7% in the Navoban arm.The two arms were not markedly different in response rates. The mild toxicity of the two antiemetics wereobserved. Conclusion: Zudan was safe and effective in the control of chemotherapy induced emesis. |
