Abstract:The blended teaching mode combines the advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching and has become an important partof the development of modern teaching. This paper explores blended teaching mode based on micorlectures from the aspects of teaching design, network resource development, teaching practice, and teaching effect analysis.For the successful implementation of blended teaching, vivid and refined resources are the guarantee;students’ online autonomous learning is the premise;the seamless, organic integration before, during and after class is the core;the heated discussion between students guided by teachers is the key.Blended teaching reform can greatly stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the quality of teaching.
