介入性超声在急性病中的诊断与治疗价值

本文报告了在介入性超声引导下,对358例急性病人的应用,结果:穿刺诊断正确率为98. 4%,治愈及有效率为99.5%.实践证明:介入性超声将影像与导向技术相结合,在急性病中有较高的应用价值,1.方法简便,诊断迅速准确.2.具有直观性,能起到鉴别诊断的作用.3.定位准确、安会可靠、并发症少.4.可重复性、创伤性小、治愈率高.5.对急性心肌梗塞患者,在超声引导下进行心内膜临时起搏器的安置及冠状动脉溶栓术,为挽救及治疗赢得了时间,减少了死亡率.

The Using of Intervening Ultrasonoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Diseases

This report introduces ultrasonoscopy using in the cases of 358 with acute diseases under the intervening conditios. The results were:98% of the accord with rate of puncture diagnosis, 99. 5% of cure and effective rates.The results suggested that the method was a king of combination of imagery and conduction lead direction.
