摘    要:
作放射免疫分析法系统测定儿中枢神经系统和消化系统组织的胃动素浓度,发现在人胚胎脑脊髓和胃肠道中均有不同浓度的MTL,肖化器官组织MTL含含量普遍高于脑脊髓组织,所有器官的MTL含量均胎龄增大,呈逐渐上升趋势,且消化器官上升趋势较脑脊髓明显,在CNS中,垂体MTL出现最早,以垂体,脊髓,小脑量较高,但各部位间无显差异,在消化系统中,空肠,十二指肠,回肠,胃,横结肠,乙状结肠和直肠出现MTL的时间

Abstract:
Motihn (MTL) contents were determined systematically using radioimmunoassay (RIA) in the tissues of central nervous system (CNS, 6 regions) and digestive system (20 regions) of human fetus. The results showed that MTL existed widely in these tissues with different levels. MTL levels steadily increased with the increase of fetus age, especially in digestive system. MTL levels in hypophysis (the earliest MTL generation region in CNS) , spinal cord and cerebellum are all high, but there was no significant difference between them. In digestive system, jejunum, duodenum, ileum, stomach, colon and rectum begin to secrete MTL before fetus ages 16 weeks, while the other regions do after fetus ages 23 weeks; when fetus is 24-weeks old, its MTL distribution pattern is the same as adult's. The highest MTL level exists in jejunum, the next are duodenum and ileum. MTL levels in jejunum, duodenum and ileum are positively correlated with fetus age. MTL levels in digestive system were much higher than that in CNS; of them, MTL level in jejunum was 6 to 7 times more than that in CNS. In addition we found for the first time that MTL could also be determined by RIA in appendix.
