急性非S-T段抬高性心肌梗死后心绞痛临床类型及与血管病变的关系

目的探讨急性非S-T段抬高心肌梗死后心绞痛类型与血管病变的相关性,以及不同类型心绞痛心脏超声的比较,以利选择临床正确治疗方案。方法收集急性非S-T段抬高心肌梗死后心绞痛患者145例,将冠脉造影结果与心绞痛类型进行分析,研究血管病变程度与不同类型心绞痛之间的关系。并利用心脏超声比较非S-T段抬高性心肌梗死后心绞痛类型之间的差异。结果心脏超声结果提示静息性心绞痛的各项心功能指标与劳力性心绞痛相比,明显比后者差（P＆lt;0.05）。缺血相关血管狭窄程度≥90%的临床表型是：自发性心绞痛55例（45.8%）,混合性心绞痛65例（54.2%）,无劳力性心绞痛。结论非S-T段抬高性心肌梗死后心绞痛多与相关血管残余狭窄有关。
