摘    要:目的 探讨空气波压力治疗仪对健康者下肢深静脉血流动力学的影响,从中筛选促进下肢静脉血液回流的最佳治疗压力并分析作用效果持续时间。方法 选取2015年5月至2016年2月在合肥市第二人民医院康复医学科实习的20名健康实习生为研究对象,利用彩色多普勒超声检测20名对象左下肢股总静脉在使用4组不同治疗压力(40、60、80、100 mmHg)的空气波压力治疗仪干预下,不同时间段股总静脉血流峰速度、血流平均速度及血流量。结果 干预后4组血流峰速度、平均速度、血流量较静息状态下显著增高(P<0.05)。然而随着时间的延长,4组血流动力学指标逐渐恢复到静息水平。4组静息状态下血流峰速度、血流平均速度及血流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预结束后40 min内4组间血流动力学指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),60 min时4组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 空气波压力治疗仪治疗压力为80 mmHg时促进静脉回流的效果最佳,作用效果可持续40 min,可以考虑作为今后临床康复治疗中使用空气波压力治疗仪参数选择的参考条件之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment on the hemodynamics of lower limb deep veins, so as to analyze the optimum pressure for enhancement of lower limb blood reflux and the sustained time of therapeutic effect.Methods From May 2015 to Feb 2016, 15 healthy volunteers from our hospital were selected, and by color Doppler ultrasonography, their peak venous velocity, average venous velocity and blood flow in the left femoral vein were evaluated at different times under different treatment pressures (40 mmHg, 60 mmHg, 80 mmHg, 100 mmHg) of the air wave pressure therapeutic equipment. Results After intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC), the peak venous velocity, average venous velocity and blood flow under different treatment pressures were all significantly higher than those in the resting state (all P<0.05), but these hemodynamic indexes gradually returned to the resting level before IPC with the extension of time. There was no significant difference in the peak venous velocity, average venous velocity and blood flow in the resting state (P>0.05), but these hemodynamic indexes were found to be significantly different under the four treatment pressures at 40 minutes after IPC (P<0.05), and again to be indifferent at 60 minutes after IPC (P>0.05). Conclusion Under the IPC pressure of 80 mmHg, the effect of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment on improving vein reflux would be optimum and can last for 40 minutes, so it should be identified as one of the preferences for use of this therapeutic equipment in the future clinical rehabilitation.
