摘    要:
目的 探讨绩效考核在无陪护病房中的应用及效果.方法 按照绩效考核原则,建立一套较完善的护理绩效分配方案,根据工作量、满意度、星级考核、岗位系数和职称系数分别给予护理人员不同的绩效比例,并按照绩效比例进行奖金发放.通过问卷调查的方法比较实施绩效考核前后患者对护理工作的满意度.结果 在无陪护病房管理中实施绩效考核后,护理人...
