幽门螺杆菌与动脉粥样硬化血栓形成性脑卒中相关性研究

目的评价幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对动脉粥样硬化血栓形成性脑卒中(AT)患者的危险作用。方法选择69例AT患者为病例组,另选择体检者108例作为对照组.记录Hp感染的潜在危险因素及传统动脉粥样硬化危险因素。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清Hp特异性抗体IgG。采用logistic回归模型进行多因素分析。结果病例组中男性、高血压、糖尿病及家族脑卒中所占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。病例组感染率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(68.1%vs 63.9%,P=0.56 4);校正Hp感染的潜在危险因素及缺血性脑卒中相关危险因素后,两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.698)。结论 Hp感染与AT无明确相关性。

Association between Helicobacter pylori and atherothrombotic stroke

Objective To assess the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in a case-control study and to analyze the risk role of Hp in patients with atherothrombotic stroke(AT).Methods The seroprevalence of Hp infection was assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 69 AT patients and 108 control subjects without clinical and instrumental evidence of atherosclerosis diseases.Potential risk factors for Hp infection and traditional risk factors for atherosclerosis were recorded in all subjects.The serum specific antibody IgG to Hp was detected by ELISA.Logistic regression was used for multifactor analysis.Results The proportions of males, hypertension,diabetes and familial history of stroke were significantly higher in patients compared with control subjects(P <0.05,P<0.01).A trend toward higher prevalence of Hp infection was observed in patients compared with controls,but the difference did not reach statistical signif-icance (68.1%vs 63.9%,P =0.564).This difference remained nonsignificant after adjusting for potential risk factors for Hp infection and known risk factors for ischemic stroke(P = 0.698). Conclusion This case-control study does not provide evidence of any strong association between Hp chronic infection and AT.
