摘 要: | 目的观察脑梗死急性期血清脂联素的动态改变以及与动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系,探讨其临床意义。方法选择急性脑梗死患者40例(脑梗死组),另选健康体检者40例(对照组),测定脑梗死患者发病后24、72 h血清脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。脑梗死组患者又根据斑块性质分为软斑组10例、硬斑组14例和混合斑块组16例。比较不同斑块组患者血清脂联素水平。结果脑梗死组患者在发病24、72 h的血清脂联素水平较对照组明显降低,hs-CRP水平较对照组明显增高,且脑梗死组患者在发病72 h的血清脂联素水平明显低于发病24h,hs CRP水平明显高于发病2h。不同斑块组血清脂联素水平差异无统计学意义。结论血清脂联素水平下降与急性脑梗死发生密切相关,动脉粥样硬化一旦形成,其斑块进展的过程并不依赖于脂联素水平的高低。

Correlation of changes of serum adiponectin level in patients with stroke |

Abstract: | Objective To observe the dynamic changes of adiponectin after the onset of acute stroke and the relationship between adiponectin and atherosclerotic plaque,and to discuss the clinical significance. Methods A total of 40 acute stroke patients(stroke group) were chosen to determine 24-hour and 72-hour adiponectin and hs-CRP levels.Other 40 healthy normal subjects served as controls.According to the properties of the carotid plaques,the stroke patients were divided into three groups including soft plaque,hard plaque and mixed plaque groups.The levels of adiponectin in the patients of different groups were compared.Results The levels of adiponectin of patients in acute stroke group at 21 hours and 72 hours after onset of disease obviously decreased compared with the control group,but hs-CRP levels obviously increased.The level of adiponectin of patients in acute stroke group at 72 hours obviously decreased compared with at 24 hours after onset of disease,but hs-CRP levels obviously increased.The adiponectin levels in different plaque groups had no statistically significant difference.Conclusion The decrease in adiponectin level has close correlation with the occurrence of the stroke.Once atherosclerosis is formed,the course of progress of plaque does not depend on the level of adiponectin. |
