护理干预在低蛋白血症肝移植患者围术期预防压疮的研究

 目的 观察采用护理干预预防肝移植围术期低蛋白血症患者发生压疮的效果.方法 将109例肝移植患者分为对照组(48例)和干预组(61例).对照组行常规措施预防压疮,干预组在常规预防的基础上,根据评分分级制定相应的护理预防措施.结果 两组肝移植患者的压疮发生率分别为10.42%及1.64%(P=0.046),两组之间差异具有统计学意义.结论 护理干预能有效降低肝移植围术期低蛋白血症患者压疮的发生率.

Effects of preventive intervention procedures on development of decubitus for patients with hypoproteinemia in perioperative period of liver transplantation

Objective To study the effects of preventive intervention procedures on development of decubitus for patients with hypoproteinemia in perioperative period of liver transplantation.Methods One hundred and nine patients were divided into a control group(A) and an observation group(B).The patients in the control group received routine bedsore nursing care,while those in the observation group were subjected to preventive intervention procedures besides routine nursing care.Braden scale and corresponding nursing measures were applied to patients in group B.Results Incidences of decubitus were 10.42% and 1.64%(P=0.046)in groups A and B respectively.Conclusions Preventive intervention procedure effectively reduces the incidence of decubitus in patients with hypoproteinemia in perioperative period of liver transplantation.
