| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病患者心理卫生、心理障碍发生的相关因素。方法 采用ＳＣＬ－９０评定５４例糖尿病患者，并与５０例健康者作对照。结果 糖尿病组的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑三项因子分显著高于对照组，强迫、敌对、两项因子分均无显著差异，而人际关系敏感、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等四项因子分显著偏低；糖尿病组的“阳性”检出率为４０．７５％，显著高于对照组的２４％。结论 糖尿病患者有较高的心理、精神障碍发生率，并以躯体化症状

| Abstract: | Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of psychiatric symptoms of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Using a psychiatric symptoms cheklist (SCL-90R) assessed on 54 diabetics and 50 health volunteers. Results: The scoring of somatization anxiety and depression showed significantly higher in diabetics; Sensitive interpersonal relationship, phobia, paranoid and psychopathic showed significantey lower; others were indistinguishable in the diabetic and health groups. The positive rates for the diabetic (40.75%) were higher than that for the health (24%). Conclusion: Psychiatric disorder among diabetic patients is more common than for the health group. It is necessary to raise the attention of mental hygiene in diabetic patients. |
