脂联素基因多态性与老年妇女骨质疏松症相关性研究

摘    要:
目的研究脂联素基因SNP+45多态性与上海地区绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的相关性,比较脂联素基因SNP+45多态性与骨转换生化标志物的关系。方法以聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶长度多态性(PCR—RELF)技术,对75例骨质疏松症患者和71例正常对照者脂联素基因SNP+45位点进行基因分型,应用酶联免疫测定法或电化学发光免疫法测定75例骨质疏松症患者血清和尿液中8项骨代谢指标。结果脂联素基因SNP+45多态性位点的基因型和等位基因频率在骨质疏松症患者和正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义,脂联索基因SNP+45多态性位点的基因型与骨转换标志物比较差异也均无统计学意义。结论脂联素基因SNP+45多态性与上海地区绝经后妇女骨质疏松症无相关性,与骨转换率也无相关性。

Abstract:
Objective To study the relationships between single nucleotide polymorphism SNP +45 in adiponectin gene and osteoporosis in aged women, and between adiponectin gene polymorphism and bone biomarkers. Methods In this case-control study, distributions of allele and genotype frequencies of SNP+45 polymorphism were determined by PCP- RFLP method. Bone turnover markers were determined by enzyme immunoassay and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Results The distributions of allele and genotype frequencies of SNP+45 polymorphism were not significantly different between osteoporotic aged women and control groups. There was no significant difference between adiponectin gene SNP+45polymorphismandbonebiomarkers. Conclusion There was no relationship between adiponectin gene polymorphisms and osteoporosis or bone biomarkers in aged women.
