| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无痛纤支镜检查的麻醉方法。方法回顾分析23例无痛纤支镜检查的麻醉方法和对患者的影响。结果术中低氧血症发生率为8.7%,血流动力学波动较小。结论依托米酯脂肪乳、芬太尼、尼卡地平联合应用,加强呼吸管理,可用于无痛纤支镜检查的麻醉,但呛咳、体动反应发生率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect anesthesia of painless bronchoscopy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 23 cases of anesthesia for bronchoscopy and chest pain and patients.Results The incidence rate of 8.7% in hypoxemia,hemodynamic fluctuation.Conclusions Etomidatefat emulsion,fentanyl,nicardipine combined to strengthen the respiratory management,can be used to painless anesthetic bronchoscopy,but the cough,body weight,higher rate of reaction. |
