摘 要: | 目的 优选穿山龙总皂苷的提取工艺。方法 采用正交试验法,以总皂苷提取率和总皂苷中薯蓣皂苷元的含量为指标进行试验。结果 加入碱的量对指标均具有非常显著性差异,而浸渍时间均无显著性差异。优选的最优工艺为:加入5%的碱,密闭12h,浸渍24h。结论 该工艺简单,可提高总皂苷的提取率和总皂苷中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。

Orthogonal test for optimization of extracting procedure to total saponins from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae |

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To select the optimal extracting procedure for total saponins from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae. METHODS The procedure was selected with the contents of diosgenin and extraction efficiency of total saponins from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae by orthogonal test design. RESULTS The amount of added alkali is the significant factor,while the maceration time is the inefficient factor to the extracting procedure. The optimal extracting procedure was using 5% alkali sealing 12 hours and macerating 24 hours. CONCLUSION The optimal extracting procedure was simple and increased the contents of diosgenin and extraction efficiency of total saponins from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae . |
