摘    要:
饮水有机物学说是目前大骨节病三大病因学说之一。本研究首先对陕西省榆林市大骨节病病区马家兔村及非病区长海则村和陕西省彬县大骨节病病区韩家村的饮用水采水200L,经XAD-7高效吸附树脂富集,甲醇-丙酮洗脱后,进行体外培养兔关节软骨细胞损伤实验。病区组反映细胞分裂增殖能力的细胞DNA合成量明显低于非病区组和正常对照组,并且存在显著的负的剂量-反应关系。

Abstract:
The theory that focuses on the organic compounds in drinking water is assumed lo be one of the three ones on the etiology of KBD. The research begins with gathering 200 liters of drinking water in-every endemic areas including Majialu village of Yulin region in the north of Shanxi province, Hanjia village of Bin county in the west of Slianxi province and Changhaize village of Yulin region as the non - endemic area. Collected by XAD - 7, the organic compounds in them are extracted by Methanol and Acetone. In the damage test of cartilage cells , the content of DNA in the diseased region groups which responses the.cell's abillies of fission and reproduction is less than that of non - diseased region groups, and there are significantly negative dosage reaction between them.
