小鼠骨骼肌细胞分离培养的研究

目的：完善骨骼肌细胞的分离培养方法,为有关实验提供足量的细胞。方法：通过改进骨骼肌细胞的取材、分离、消化、培养等技术、从细胞形态学及细胞计数观察细胞培养情况,结果：用改良的方法分离、培养的小鼠骨骼肌细胞、使原代培养的细胞成功率在85％以上,传统代铁成功率在95％以上,结论：这种分离培养具有方法简便、成功率高、稳定性强,细胞产量高和质量好的特点。

Study of Isolated Culture of Mice Skeletal Muscle Cells

Objective To improve the method of isolated culture of mice skeletal muscle cells and supply enough cells for some experiments concerned. Method The way of drawing materials, separting,diagesting and culturing was improved.The cells' culture was observed with the method of cytomorthology and cytolitic counting. Results Out of mice skeletal muscle cells cultured bymemans of separate culture, the success rate of the original cells was above 85%, while the success rate of the generation cells was over 95%.Concinsion Thist method is simple and convenient with high success rate,steadiness,output and quuality.
