河北省宣化地区6岁儿童家长口腔基本保健知识认知情况现状调查

目的　通过了解6岁儿童家长口腔基本保健知识认知情况,为儿童临床口腔工作提供理论依据。方法　以本地区4所幼儿园的500名6岁儿童家长为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷，以不记名方式了解其对口腔基本保健知识的掌握情况。结果　500名被调查对象中在首次就诊原因，监督孩子刷牙及选择专业儿童牙医方面不同学历家长之间存在明显差异（P<0.05），大专以上学历家长知识知晓率高于大专以下学历家长；其余调查项目均无统计学差异。结论　宣化地区6岁儿童家长口腔基本保健知识较缺乏，专业儿童口腔医生在临床工作中应加强儿童口腔卫生防治工作。

Investigation of the basic oral health knowledge of parents of 6-year-old children in Xuanhua District Hebei Province

Objective To provide information for the prevention and treatment of children′s oral diseases by investigating the basic oral health knowledge of parents of 6-year-old children.Methods Give questionnaires designed by dentists to 500 parents of 6-year-old children from four different kindergartens in the local area.Figure out parents comprehension of the basic oral health knowledge in anonymous way.Results There were obvious differences in the reason why they first visited a dentist,in how to supervise children to brush their teeth and in how to choose a professional dentist for children among the 500 parents who were investigated（P0.05）.The rate of comprehension of parents who had high college education was significantly higher than those who had not.There was no significant difference in other items investigated.Conclusions Parents of 6-year-old children in Xuanhua District,Zhangjiakou are short of the basic oral health knowledge.More prevention measures should be taken by professional oral health dentists.
