阳和汤合麻黄附子细辛汤联合穴位注射治疗腰痛随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察阳和汤合麻黄附子细辛汤联合穴位注射治疗腰痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将142例门诊患者按就诊先后顺序简单随机分为两组。对照组72例穴位注射:常规消毒,将654-210mg,地塞米松4mg,2%普鲁卡因4m L,V-B12 250μg混合后于肾俞、阿是穴等份注射,1次/周,并适当进行推拿按摩。治疗组70例阳和汤合麻黄附子细辛汤(熟地15g,鹿角胶18g,白芥子、桂枝各15g,麻黄、姜炭各1.5g,甘草5g,鸡血藤18g,当归15g,杭芍12g,细辛3g,淡附片6g,制香附、茯苓、白术各10g),1剂/d,水煎100m L,早晚温服。3周为1疗程;穴位注射治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程后,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,显效34例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率91.43%。对照组痊愈16例,显效22例,有效18例,无效16例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]阳和汤合麻黄附子细辛汤联合穴位注射治疗腰痛疗效显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Conclusion] Yang and Tang and Mahuangfuzixixin soup combined with acupoint injection therapy back pain effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
