止咳平喘方治疗顽固性咳喘50例临床观察

[目的]观察止咳平喘方治疗顽固性咳喘疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对50例住院及门诊患者止咳平喘方(山萸肉、胡桃肉、仙灵脾、麻黄各15g,枸杞子、五味子各10g,苏子15g,款冬花10g,紫菀15g,地龙炒、白果各10g,茯苓皮15g,甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,3次/d,口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访3个月,观测复发率。[结果]3d痊愈18例,3d,7d痊愈25例,7d,10d痊愈5例,10d,14d痊愈2例,总有效率100%(50/50)。随访3个月,疗效稳定无复发。[结论]止咳平喘方治疗顽固性咳喘效果显著,值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] Treatment of intractable cough and asthma cough effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
