梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃36例临床观察

[目的]观察梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对36例门诊患者使用75%酒精在秃发区常规消毒,梅花针叩刺脱发区及百会穴,根据秃发区局部皮肤变化,灵活选择弹刺手法,头发微红轻度肿胀的脱发区采用轻叩手法;头皮无明显变化采用中等刺激量叩刺,使局部头皮潮红充血;头皮凹陷使用重手法叩刺至少量渗血;头皮苍白,施以重叩法至少量渗血,3~5min/区,10min/次,隔日1次,连续治疗14d为1个疗程,疗程间隔5d。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈12例,显效18例,无效6例,总有效率83.00%。[结论]梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Method ] Using a prospective design method, 36 cases with 75% alcohol in the area of alopecia routine disinfection, plum blossom needle alopecia and Baihui, according to local skin alopecia area changes, the flexibility to choose bomb thorn gimmick, hair reddish swelling alopecia by tapping method;no significant change in the scalp moderate amount of stimulation tapping, make local scalp flushing hyperemia; scalp depression using heavy manipulation tapping to a few ooze blood;scalp pale, with heavy percussion and a small amount of bleeding, the region of 3 ～5min/, 10min/, tertian 1, continuous treatment with 14d for 1 course of treatment, treatment interval 5d. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Result ] 12 cases were cured, effective in 18 cases, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 83%. [ Conclusion ] Plum blossom needle therapy in treatment of alopecia areata, satisfied with the effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
