补肾阴法治疗小儿食积便秘随机平行对照研究

目的]观察补肾阴法治疗小儿食积便秘疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊先后顺序简单随机为两组。对照组40例枳实导滞汤(大黄6g,枳实9g,黄芩、黄连、茯苓各6g,泽泻4g,白术6g,神曲10g),虚加太子参、黄芪,伴口渴者加天花粉、麦冬,伴大便干结加芒硝,伴呕吐加旋覆花,唇干燥加火麻仁、郁李仁,伴腹痛加元胡,大便转稀去大黄;1个月~1岁,1/3剂/d;1~4岁,1/2剂/d;4~7岁,1剂/d;水煎100 mL,2~3次/d,开水冲,温服。治疗组40例补肾阴法,在对照组治疗基础上,加补肾阴药女贞子、枸杞子各10g。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、粪便性状、排便时间、腹痛腹胀、小便颜色、舌象、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访2个月观测停药2周和2个月复发情况。结果]治疗组痊愈32例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈22例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。临床症状两组均有改善(P0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。复发情况治疗组低于对照组(P0.01)。结论]补肾阴法治疗小儿食积便秘,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

A Randomized Controlled Study on Kidney Yin Treatment in Treating Pediatric Dyspepsia Constipation

Objective ] To observe the kidney Yin treatment of pediatric dyspepsia constipation curative effect. A/lethod ] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group, 40 cases of acid-insoluble ash lead lag soup （ rhubarb 6g, frntus aurantii immatm-us 9g, radix scutellariae, rhizoma coptidis, poria cocos each 6 g, alisma 4g, atractylodes 6g, divine comedy 10g ）, virtual pseudostellaria root, astragalus root, radix trichosanthis, radix ophiopogonis, with the thirsty with stool stern node and glauber＇s salt, with vomiting and spin after flower, add hemp kei33els, bunge cherry seed lips disc, with abdominal pain c, hu turned loose stool to rhubarb; 1 months ∽ 1 year old, and a third agent/ d; 〉l ∽ 4 years old, 1/2 agent; 〉4 ∽ 7 years old, 1 agent/d;Boiling water 100 ml, 2 ∽ 3 times/d, warm clothing. Treatment group 40 cases of kidney Yin method, on the basis of the control treatment, kidney Yin medicine fi＇uctus ligustri lucidi, medlar 10 g each. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, excrement characters, defecation time, abdominal pain, abdominal distention, urine color, tongue and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. Observation relapse were followed up for 2 months. Result ] the treatment group 32 cases cured, 8 cases effectively, 0 no effect, the total effective rate was 100%. Control group recover 22 cases cured, 14 cases effectively, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 90.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Clinical symptoms of two groups were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .
