逍遥温胆汤联合西药治疗卒中后焦虑抑郁随机平行对照研究

目的]观察逍遥温胆汤联合西药治疗卒中后焦虑抑郁疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。脑血管病常规治疗(药物、康复、语言训练、心理、健康教育等);低盐低脂饮食,控制危险因素(如降压、他汀类稳定粥样斑块),加强健康教育、心理疏导。对照组30例氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,10.5g/次,早中饭后口服。治疗组30例逍遥散合温胆汤(柴胡、白芍炒、当归各12g,茯苓15g,白术12g,薄荷6g,甘草8g,陈皮、半夏、枳实各10g,竹茹12g,石菖蒲10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、情绪低落、激动易怒、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效12例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组痊愈6例,显效8例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]逍遥温胆汤联合西药治疗卒中后焦虑抑郁效果显著,值得推广。

Objective ] To observe the promenade wendan tang combined conventional curative effect on treatment of anxiety depression after stroke. Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 60 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group 30 cases of fluorine pp thiamethoxam tons of beauty QuXin tablets, 10.5 g/time, in the early oral after dinner. Treatment group 30 cases of xiaoyao powder in wendan tang （ Chaihu, Chaobaishao, Danggui each 12 g, Fulingl5 g Baizhul2 g, Bohe6 g, Gancao g g, Chenpi, Banxia, Chishi every 10 g, Zhurul2 g, Shichangpu 10 g）, l/d, Fried 200 ml water, morning and evening temperature. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. Results ] The treatment group 8 cases cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 4 had no effect, the total effective rate was 86.67%. In 6, and 8 cases were markedly effective, control group cure effective 6 cases, 10 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Free and unfettered wendan tang with conventional therapy treatment of anxiety depression after stroke effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
