针刺联合氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺联合氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将38例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。中风危险因素常规预防治疗,如糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等。对照组18例氟西汀,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组20例醒脑开窍针刺法:取穴:完骨、百会、风池、天柱、内关、神门、四神聪、足三里、三阴交,行针刺督脉针法,2min/次,20次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床症状、HRSD评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈11例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈5例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率61.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]针刺联合氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症效果显著,值得推广。
