综合护理香芍止痛丸神阙穴温灸联合西药治疗胃脘痛

目的]观察综合护理香芍止痛丸神阙穴温灸联合西药治疗胃脘痛效果。方法]对60例胃脘痛患者实施温灸护理(治疗前、治疗中、治疗后)、辨证施护(肝气犯胃、脾胃虚寒、湿浊中阻、胃阴亏虚、瘀血停滞)情志护理、饮食护理。结果]腹部温暖舒适,疼痛症状明显减轻,增强治疗信心。结论]综合护理香芍止痛丸神阙穴温灸联合西药治疗胃脘痛症状缓解快,舒适感明显增强,疗效显著,方法简单、无不良反应,患者易于接受,值得推广。

Comprehensive Care of Xiang Shao Pain Pill Shenque Moxibustion Combined with Western Medicine Epigastralgia

Objective ] To observation the epigastralgia effect of integrated care fragrant peony pain pill Shenque moxibustion combined with western medicine. Conclusions ] By comprehensive care of Xiang Shao pain pill Shenque moxibustion combined with western medicine, the epigastric pain was reliefed, the comfortable was enhanced significantly, the effect was significant, the method is simple, have no adverse reactions.The patients can accepted easily, and its worth promoting.
