心肺脑复苏急救中的医护配合

目的 探讨护士如何在最短时间内准确作出病人心搏、呼吸骤停的判断，并配合医生分秒必争地实施心肺脑复苏的急救。方法 发现病人突然意识丧失、大动脉搏动消失，即争取在最短时间内配合医生采用气道开放、人工呼吸、胸外心脏按压、除颤、气管插管、复苏药物治疗、用冰敷头部及体表大血管行经处等复苏处理。结果143例心搏、呼吸骤停的病人，有35例在1min内进行CPCR，存活32例，占91．43％；有4例在8～10min进行CPCR，存活0例。结论 护士必须密切观察危重病人的病情变化，发现异常，快速、敏捷、争分夺秒地与医生紧密配合，熟练掌握心肺脑复苏技术，采取综合的护理措施，才能提高心肺脑复苏的成功率，使病人的死亡率降至最低。

Cooperation of Emergency treatment of Doctor and Nurse in Cardiac Pulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation

Objective To probe into the nurse how to judge accurately cardiac arrest of patients in the shortest time,and carry out timely emergency treatment in cardiac pulmonary cerebral resuscitation(CPCR) in coordination with doctors.Methods To discover that the patient lose the consciousness suddenly,and the aorta pulsate to disappear,immediately,in the quickest time,in coordination with doctors,adopt the process of resuscitation that the air way is open,breathing,closed chest cardiac massage,defibrillate,intubation,drugs,lay the ice on the head and the place passed by big blood vessel in the surface of body and so on.Results In 143 patients with cardiac arrest,carried out CPCR for 35 patients in 1 min,of which 32 cases survive,accounted for 91.43%;carried out CPCR for 4 patients in 8-10 min,of which 0 cases survive.Conclusion Time is a life! The nurse must observe closely the disease situation of the critical patient,discovers abnormality,coordinates with doctors fast,agilely,timely,is skilled in the technology of CPCR,adopts the measure of the synthetic nursing, increases the successful rate of CPCR,reduces greatly the patient's mortality..
