| 摘 要： | 目的调查研究儿童家长对儿童发热知识的掌握情况、态度和行为水平现状，为进一步做好健康教育提供指导。方法采用自制的知信行调查问卷对上海某三级甲等医院儿科门诊154例患儿候诊家长进行调查。结果家长缺乏与儿童发热相关的知识，缺乏适宜的应对态度及有效的护理措施，家长对发热相关知识和行为指导的需求较高。结论儿科医护人员应加强健康教育的方式方法，提高发热儿童家长的知识水平及应对能力，从而科学地护理患儿。

| Abstract: | Objectives To explore parental knowledge,attitude and practice （KAP）of fever in children in furtherance of guiding the health education. Methods A total of 154 parents selected randomly in the waiting room of pediatric department of a Grade Ⅲ Level A hospital in Shanghai were surveyed by a self-designed KAP questionnaire. Results Parental knowledge of fever in children were deficient in proper attitude and effective managements Proper health education related to children febris was commonly needed. Conclusions Pediatric health workers should strengthen educational interventions to improve parental capability of fever management, so the febrile child could get better care. |
