| 摘 要： | 目的探讨评教评学模式在临床带教中促进教学相长的作用。方法将2009届和2010届毕业实习护理专业学生作为研究对象,2010届毕业生为试验组,2009届毕业生为对照组。试验组在实习过程中采用评教评学模式教学,对照组采用传统带教模式。由科室及护理部对两组定期进行技能、理论考核;学生、带教老师定期进行互相考评,对考核、考评成绩进行统计分析。结果试验组的理论考试和技能考核合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组和带教老师互相评价优秀率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论评教评学模式应用于临床教学中,有利于及时发现教学中存在的问题,充分调动师生双方的积极性,达到提高临床护理教学质量,促进教学相长的目的。 |
