| 摘 要： | 总结了18例经口咽及后路治疗寰枢椎脱位的围手术期护理.术前做好健康教育、口腔准备、适应性训练及皮肤准备,术后做好生命体征观察、气管切开术后呼吸道护理、口腔及饮食护理,指导患者功能锻炼.本组均手术成功,治疗效果满意.
