| 摘 要： | 总结21例经胸膜外行食管吻合术治疗先天性食管闭锁患儿的围手术期护理经验,主要包括:采用帖服式约束带适当约束患儿,妥善固定胃管及胸膜外引流管,保持呼吸道通杨,合理营养供给.本组手术过程顺利,术后2例因呼吸道感染及先天性心脏病死亡,余19例中2例未用约束带,胃肠减压管意外脱落,未造成严重后果.19例均痊愈出院. |

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the nursing experiences of 21 infants undergoing extrapleural esophageal anastomosis for treatment of congenital esophageal atresia.The key points of perioperative nursing were using of restriction belt to ensure the fixation of nasogastric tube and expleural drainage,respiratory care and proper nutritional support.The infants underwent extrapleural esophageal anastomosis successfully.After operation,two infants died of pulmonary infection and congenital heart disease and the others we... |
