湖 南 省 儿 童 肺 吸 虫 病 胸 部 X线 分 析

目的 探讨湖南省儿童肺吸虫病的胸部X线诊断及临床特点。方法 回顾性分析150例儿童肺吸虫病的胸部X线表现，所有病例均摄有正位胸片。结果 儿童肺吸虫病胸部X线表现形式多样，与肺结核、胸膜炎、心包炎、过敏性肺炎、支原体肺炎易混淆，如能见到肺浸润影内有网纹蜂窝状透明区或囊泡状影与结节影内空泡，肺吸虫病诊断可以确立。结论 本病X线诊断必须与流行病学、临床征象、实验室及病理检查密切结合方能确诊。

Radiographic analysis of children pulmonary paragonimiasis in Hunan province

Objective To investigate the radiographic and clinical features of children pulmonary paragonimiasis in Hunan province. Methods The plain chest films of 150 cases of children pulmonary paragonimiasis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The radiographic manifestation of the children pulmonary Paragonimiasis was miscellaneous. It could be hardly differentiated from TB,plueritis,perocarditis,allergic and mycoplasma pneumonia.The signs of grid,honeycomb and vesicle lucent pockets in the infiltrative patch or the vacuolus in the nodules were the relatively specific characters of the children pulmonary paragonimiasis. Conclusion The radiographic diagnosis of children pulmonary paragonimiasis must be closely related to the epidemic,clinical, laboratory and pathologic examinations.
