流动人口伤害相关认知及健康教育需求调查

目的了解流动人口伤害健康教育的需求，为开展流动人口伤害的健康教育提供依据。方法采用二阶段整群抽样法随机选取杭州市310名流动人口进行了匿名式问卷调查。结果47．8％的流动人口认为伤害的危险性较大，47．4％没有参加伤害保险，72．6％认为有必要进行伤害健康教育；41．6％的流动人口通过广播电视获取伤害急救知识。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况的流动人口对伤害急救的态度和相关行为倾向有所不同（P〈0．05）。结论流动人口对于伤害的健康教育具有较高的需求性，伤害预防控制的健康教育要有针对性，开展形式应多样化。

Survey on cognition and demand of health education about injury among floating population

Objective To evaluate the demands of health education on injury among floating population and to provide basis for health education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among a random sampling of 310 floating population. Results 47.8% thought the injury was dangerous among floating population. 47.4% of them didn＇t have the insurance of injury. 72. 6% were eager to get health education about injury. The main way they got knowledge about injury were broadcasts and television （41.6%）. The floating population with the different gender, age and marriage had different attitudes and behaviors of injury （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The floating population had large demands on health education of injury. Health education about injury should be developed in matched and diversified methods.
