甘利欣联合丹参抗肝纤维化疗效观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨甘利欣联合丹参对慢性肝炎肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法 :将 2 0 0例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为治疗组(予甘利欣加丹参治疗)、甘利欣组 (予甘利欣治疗 )和丹参组 (予丹参治疗 ) ,治疗前后检测各组肝功能及肝纤维化血清学指标。结果 :治疗组治疗后肝纤维化指标明显下降 ,与治疗前及甘利欣组、丹参组比较有明显差异 (P均 <0 .0 1 )。结论 :甘利欣联合丹参对慢性肝炎有明显的抗纤维化作用

Abstract:Objective: It is to study the clinical effects of Diammonium glycyrrihizinate combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza on hepatic fibrosis with chronic hepatitis. Methods: Two hundreds patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into treatment group which was treated with Diammonium glycyrrihizinate and Salvia miltiorrhiza, Diammonium glycyrrihizinate group which was treated with Diammonium, and Salvia miltiorrhiza group which was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza. Liver function and serum indexes of fibrosis were determined before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the fibrosis indexes of treatment group were notably decreased and were significantly differ from previous, Diammonium glycyrrihizinate group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group. Conclusion: Diammonium glycyrrihizinate combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza has notable antifibrosis function on chronic hepatitis.
