清解利感合剂质量标准研究

摘    要:
目的:建立清解利感合剂的质量标准,完善质量控制体系。方法:采用TLC法对清解利感合剂方中金银花、连翘、防风、射干、牛蒡子进行定性分析;HPLC法对其有效成分连翘苷进行含量测定。结果:TLC法可准确地对金银花、连翘、防风、射干、牛蒡子进行定性鉴别;连翘苷在0.1~1.0 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=2.42%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、重现性好,所建标准可用于清解利感合剂的质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish quality standard of Qingjieligan Mixture. Methods: The qualitative analysis of Flos lonicerace,Forsythin,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Rhizoma Belamcandae and Arctium Lappa L. was performed using TLC. The content of Forsythin in the Qingjieligan Mixture was determined by HPLC. Results: Flos lonicerace,Forsythin,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Rhizoma Belamcandae and Arctium Lappa L. could be accurately identified by TLC. Forsythin showed good linearity within the range of 0. 1 ~ 1. 0 mg /mL(r = 0. 9999),and its average recovery was 99. 08% with RSD at 2. 42%( n = 6). Conclusions: The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Qingjieligan Mixture.
