急性髓细胞白血病细胞CD34抗原表达的临床及生物学意义

为研究ＣＤ３４在急性髓细胞白血病（ＡＭＬ）中的临床及生物学意义，用流式细胞术检测了１０７例ＡＭＬＣＤ３４表达。结果显示４８．５％的患者ＣＤ３４阳性表达，Ｍ３（１５．８％）低于其他亚型（ｐ〈０．０５）。ＣＤ３４＾＋者肝脾肿大常见。ＣＤ３４表达在ｔ（８；２１）、正常核型及ｔ（１５；１７）组分别为７２．０％、４０?７％及１７．６％。ＣＤ３４＾＋者的完全缓解率（４１．９％）明显低于ＣＤ３４＾－者的５９．６

Clinical and biological significance of CD34 antigen expression in acute myeloid leukemia cells

To study CD34 antigen expression in acute myeloid leukemia(AML) cells and its relationship with clinicobiological features,CD34 expression was examined in 107 patients by indirect immunoflurescence method and flow cytometry. The results showed that CD34 antigen wasexpressed in 48. 5 % of cases and the positivity rate was higher in M 1 (6 2. 5 % ), M 2 (5 4. 9 % ), M 4 (71. 4 % ), M5 (50. 0% ) than that in M3 (15. 8% ) (P<0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in main clinicohematological features between CD34 and CD34-AML (P> 0. 05), except heptosplenomegaly which was more frequently seen in CD34 AML. The sequence of CD34 expression in patients which karyotype was performed from high to low was as follows: t(8; 21 )(72. 0% ), normal (40. 7 % ) and t(15 ; 17) (17. 6 % ). The complete remission rate was significantly higher in CD34- (59. 6% )than that of CD34 AML(41. 9% ) (P<0. 05). These suggested that CD34 antigen may be an index of poor responce to treatment in AML.
