摘 要: | 目的了解使用抗菌药物发生不良反应(ADR)的特点。方法对某教学医院2008年度抗菌筠物不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果214例抗菌药物ADR涉及8类38个品种,喹诺酮类药居首位(43.93%).其次为头孢菌素类(31.78%);ADR以皮肤损害多见;静脉滴注给药引发不良反应发生率高(90.65%)。结论为减少不良反应的发生,应加强使用抗菌药物过程监察,合理使用抗菌药物。

Abstract: | Objective To study the adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by anti-bacterials and to give the rational clinical guidance. Methods A report of antimicrobial adverse drug reactions of a teaching hospital in 2008 were analyzed rctrospectively. Results 214 cases of anti-bacterial drug ADR involving 8 types of 38 species, quinolone drugs on top of the list (43.93%), followed by cephalosporins (31.78%) ; ADR often damage to the skin; intravenous drip administration of adverse reactions caused high incidence (90. 65% ) . Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reaclions, we should strengthen the monitoring of the antimierobial agents utilization and the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. |
