| 摘 要： | 目的探讨化学发光化法乙肝表面抗原定量测定与HBV-DNA水平及乙肝病毒标志物模式之间的相互关系。方法运用化学发光法、荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)及ELISA三种方法同时检测258份血清标本,并对其结果应用统计学方法加以对比分析。结果258份乙肝患者血清HBsAg含量与HBV-DNA及乙肝病毒标志物检测,显示其具有良好的相关性。结论化学发光法定量检测HBsAg能较准确、快速地反映体内乙肝病毒复制情况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between quantitative HBsAg by chemiluminescent immunoassay(CMIA),hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA level and HBV marker(HBV-M).Methods In sera of 258 patients,HBsAg was detected by CMIA,and HBV-DNA was detected by florescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR),while HBV-M was detected by enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).Results There were well correlation between HBsAg,HBV-DNA and HBV-M in sera of 258 patients.Conclusions The level of HBsAg detected by CMIA can better reflect the replication of HBV. |
