放射性^125I粒子组织间植入治疗非小细胞肺疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨CT引导下放射性125I组织间植入治疗非小细胞肺癌的技术可行性和近期疗效。方法 2006年1月~2010年1月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受125I粒子植入的非小细胞肺癌病例36例,局部麻醉,术前计算机治疗计划系统行三维治疗计划,确定粒子数目、空间分布和粒子针数目。植入粒子10~80颗,中位数45颗。术后即刻行CT扫描进行质量验证。结果术后8周,复查CT,完全缓解率为25.0%(9/36),部分缓解率为33.3%(12/36),无明显变化为22.2%(8/36),进展为22.2%(8/36)。总有效率为58.3%(21/36),胸部症状缓解率为36.7%(11/30)。结论针对非小细胞肺癌病灶进行放射性粒子植入安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility and short term efficacy of CT-guided interstitial implantation of 125I seeds for Non-Small-Cell Lung Carcinoma.MethodsUnder localanesthesia,36 patients with Non-Small-Cell Lung Carcinoma were treated with CT-guided interstitial implantation of 125I seeds.The treatment planning system(TPS) was used to calculate the number of seeds,the space distribution,and the number of needles.A median of 45(range 10~80) 125I seeds were implanted,and CT scan were performed after the operation to evaluate the quality of the operation.ResultsThe patients were followed up for 8 weeks,during which none of them had serious operation-related complications.All patients could well tolerated seed implantation.The complete remission(CR) was 25.0%(9/36),partial remission(PR) was 33.3%(12/36).The response rate was 58.33%(CR+PR).ConclusionInterstitial implantation of 125I seeds is a less invasive method,with safe and effective.
