| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尘肺合并营养不良患者的营养支持疗效及营养支持对其免疫功能和肺功能的影响。方法：尘肺合并营养不良患者146例，随机分为胃肠外营养（PN）组及对照组，给予为期3w的营养支持治疗。结果：与对照组比较，治疗的PN组人体测量增加，肺功能改善，血清白蛋白升高，总淋巴细胞计数升高，两组间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但细胞免疫未见改善。结论：静脉营养支持可以改善尘肺合并营养不良患者的营养状态，改善患者的免疫功能和肺功能，提高临床疗效，促进疾病的康复。 |
