高原红细胞增多症疾病模型大鼠心脑组织细胞电镜观察

摘    要:
目的:为了对高红症发病机理进行深入的研究和筛选防治高红症的新药,我们以低氧、高寒、口服氯化钴等复合因素复制了大鼠高红症疾病模型;方法:复制周期为40天。Hct、Hb、Rbc的升高率均分别超过对照组参数的20%(P均〈0、01)。高红症大鼠疾病模型复制获得成功。为弄清在复制过程中对大鼠心脑组织的超微结构的影响,我们对此分别取对照组与模型组大鼠心脑组织进行了电镜观察;结果:模型大鼠心脑组织细胞出现如下缺氧性损害:心肌细胞肌原纤维断裂,心肌细胞内出现血浆蛋白颗粒,脑组织细胞粗面内质网扩张。对照组无异常。结论:复制过程结束后,高红症疾病模型大鼠心脑组织的超微结构发生了一定程度的异常改变。

Abstract:
For studying the mechanism and selecting new drugs for high altitude Poly-cythemia(HAFC),a HAPC model used rat was constructed with several factors as hypoxia,cold,and cobalt chloride per oral etc. Method: The reconstructing period of the model was 40 days. TheHct,Hb, RBC and whole blood viscosity in models were increased by 20% than controls (P<0. 01). The brain and heart tissues in HAPC rats were observed by electron microscope. Results:The results showed that severe cellular ultrastructural lesions of myocardium and brain by hypoxia were observed in rats with HAPC. The lesions were as follows: disruption of filaments of myocardium, some grapules of plasma -protein were appeared in cardiac muscle cells, dilatation ofrough endoplasmic reticulum with granule in brain. Conclusion: It is indicated that the partial ultrastructure of HAPC rats have taked place abnormal changes.
