| 摘 要： | 目的评价《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例》(以下简称《条例》)实施半年后公共场所工作人员被动吸烟水平、个人吸烟情况、认知态度、健康效应等方面的影响。方法采用重复横断面调查。通过多阶段分层整群随机抽样,对上海市5个区的5大类公共场所工作人员在条例实施前以及实施6个月后进行问卷调查。结果《条例》实施半年后,公共场所工作人员被动吸烟率为35.6%,比基线暴露率48.9%下降了13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);暴露时间从每天1.16±1.97小时下降为0.94±1.69小时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟率从21.6%下降为17.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);部分场所工作人员呼吸系统症状有所缓解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对《条例》的持赞同态度的比例升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论《条例》对于上海市控烟立法发挥了积极的作用。宾馆、商场控烟执行情况需有待提高。
