| 摘 要： | 目的评价在河南省南阳市卧龙区艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者中开展同伴教育的效果,为寻找艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法选取卧龙区3个乡镇的179名艾滋病患者作为干预组,卧龙区其余196例艾滋病患者作为对照组。干预组开展由病人自己担任教育者的同伴教育活动,对照组未采取同伴教育干预措施。采用问卷调查的方式对同伴教育干预前后效果进行评价。结果开展同伴教育后,最近1个月服用了全部抗病毒药物剂量无漏服现象的遵医行为较好,干预组与对照组分别达到了81.40%和72.09%;感到生活很充实的比例,干预组与对照组分别达到了74.42%和58.14%,最近1个月安全套坚持使用率干预组与对照组分别达到了73.68%和57.14%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抗病毒治疗病人中开展同伴教育是可行而有效的。
